Temporary/Part-Time (PH120418-KA). Our client, a consulting concern, located in the Evesham Township, NJ vicinity, has a Temporary/Part-Time need for a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR to assist a very busy General Counsel (GC) for approximately 20 hours a week, for an estimated 3-6 months, possibly longer. It seeks a contractor who can commit to a long-term assignment, with possible (NO Guarantees!) eventual conversion to Perm. As the assignment evolves, the required hours may increase.

Remote work is allowed, from a locally-situated NON-ATTORNEY possessing 3-5 years of Contract Administration experience. Work would start on-site while you ramp up and learn the tasks needed.

By "Contracts Administration experience" we mean experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts: NDAs, government contracts (A PLUS), having worked with and on Contracts Data Base Management, and, it would be a PLUS having worked with and on a Document Management System (such as used by sales people, etc.)

Note: Your contracts experience need not have come from any particular industry!

Since the GC is THE legal department with this client, you might eventually be asked to assist from time-to-time with other matters, such as tasks involving Operations, HR and IT, if needed and if you have that experience. You should be flexible and be able to take initiative!
