Review:

" Appreciative Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

The firm should focus on restructuring the office so that it looks and feels like a law office. Workstations should be enclosed to reduce noise distractions. The family environment is something the firm should be proud of and continue to hold onto.

Pros : The firm creates an environment that establishes the presence of family. The hours of work are varied, but the firm does a great job at accommodating the staff.
Cons : The firm has workstations which are open. It is difficult to work in a setting where noise causes issues. The firm is built more like a call center and not a law office.
