Throughout my time it seemed the management could gain some appreciation of staff because it is very important, which management lacks. When you know your employee's strengths, use them for that purpose and try and help them gain more opportunity through molding work to fit their strengths.

Pros : Best of the law firm: It's close to city transportation and near a busy financial district/downtown crossing which helps a lot when doing extracurricular activities. There is fair pay and good benefits. While working there, I got to work with some fun people in a laid back atmosphere. Professional development is supported and encouraged for all levels.
Cons : The environment at the law firm can be somewhat political. At times I have noticed it can be difficult to get issues addressed by management in a timely manner. When you have to work over due to trials, accommodating clients and their schedules to come is something that could be improved.
