Responsibilities

- Develop a compelling case theme that surpasses plaintiff tactics.
- Refuse to accept mediocrity and strive for excellence.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of experience.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Cultivate relationships with current and potential clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

- JD from an ABA approved school.
- Active bar license in your state.
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, with a focus on support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial.
- Experience in insurance defense preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Pay range: $90,000 - $130,000 USD per year
