Patent Prosecution Associate
The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering and similar technologies. Will be contributing to a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution. Performing due diligence. Supporting the practice by performing general research and writing. Must have strong academic credentials and passion for technology with 2-7 years of prosecution experience. Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or equivalent practical experience is required. USPTO patent Bar admission is preferred. Undergraduate, graduate and law school transcripts with application is required. Should be licensed to practice law in the state where applying and be in good standing. Should be admitted or eligible to practice before the USPTO
