Corporate Paralegal The candidate will provide critical support and coordination functions for the internal legal team. Will report to the Senior Counsel and will work closely with other members of the legal and finance teams. Support in-house legal team in all general corporate matters including entity formation, maintenance, governance, and compliance. Drafting necessary certifications, consents, resolutions, and other due diligence documentation in connection with general corporate matters as well as financial closings. Coordinate execution, distribution and internal retention of corporate and transactional documents. Administrative duties may include assistance with filing, copying, scanning and file retrieval (as needed). Carries out other duties as assigned. Must have an Associateâ€™s Degree or equivalent work experience in paralegal studies, finance, renewable energy, real estate and/or business. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is required. High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organization skills is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 1-2 years of prior experience required.
