Junior to Mid-level Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology Associate The candidate will work with other attorneys at the firm who specialize in the regulation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), including assisting the firm's clients in obtaining FDA approval of new drugs and biotechnology products, advising on exclusivity and product life cycle issues and understanding the regulatory obligations from early drug development to post-market compliance matters, including the regulation of cell, tissue, and gene therapies (regenerative medicine). Should be a graduate of a nationally-ranked law school and a member of the PA Bar. Should also have at least 1 year of experience practicing law in a top-tier law firm, in a relevant government agency, or in-house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company. Should preferably also have a general understanding of the regulation of pharmaceutical and biological products.
