Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks lateral associate attorney with 3-5 years of legal work experience handling public company M&A, private company M&A and/or private equity M&A work in a range of transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance and currently working at a large AmLaw 100 law firm. The candidate will represent public and private companies in a variety of transactions and guide these companies in their general corporate governance matters. Will be responsible for drafting primary and ancillary acquisition transaction documents and manage the due diligence process for these M&A transactions, including drafting due diligence memorandums and analyzing target company agreements and documents. Must also have a firm understanding of both the industry and evolving market terms, superlative drafting experience. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
