Litigation - General (consumer)

Litigation Attorney Candidate will support real estate practice. Candidate must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience, however applications will be accepted from newly licensed attorneys as well. Shall be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Will be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and will assist in growing the firm’s presence as a top-performing firm fostered by a culture based upon trust and mutual respect. Must value reputation and proactively develop relationships in the industry in order to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues. Hearing, trial, and other appearances may be required, as such some travel may be required. Should have expertise in the Florida legal system, passion for superior customer service, confidence, and unfettered judgment.
