Summer Fellowship Law student must be interested in impact litigation on issues of fundamental constitutional rights, private property rights, government overreach, public lands, and natural resources. Fellows work directly with attorneys to research complex and novel legal issues, draft motions, memoranda, and legal briefs, and assist attorneys with litigation preparation. Fellows are also presented with numerous networking opportunities within the broader, liberty movement, as well as within the Denver legal community. Should not only possess strong legal writing and research skills, but should personally identify with company’s mission. Fellows should be seeking a greater understanding of the legal strategy decisions a public interest legal foundation makes in case selection, development, and litigation. The fellowship is an in-house position and may be on a for-credit or volunteer basis, dependent on the fellow’s law school.
