Risk Management Coordinator The candidate will act as a representative of management, to exercise initiative and judgment in responding to client problems or complaints promptly, courteously and appropriately, or, if unable or unqualified to assist, promptly refers to the appropriate party or department and follows up to ensure problem resolution. Will work in collaboration with the System Director of Patient Relations, Region Vice President of Legal Counsel, the Region CEO, the Senior VP of Legal Counsel, and the System Director of Risk Management to develops and implement activities and policies to promote consistency in approaches to solving patient issues, problems, and concerns and to decrease risk to the Baylor Scott & White Healthcare System. Will make necessary arrangements for appointments, meetings, seminars, educational programs, and conferences between the region and the System Risk Management Department. Should have 3 years of relevant experience with paralegal training or clinical background. High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 plus years of relevant Clinic Management experience required, prefer strong facilitators.
