"Lack of Transparency"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

The leadership team should consider being more open about how decisions are being made in regards to promotions. Giving people measureable career goals will benefit the entire firm.

Pros : I'm very happy with the compensation package I received when starting here, including the benefits. Health insurance is affordable and the coverage is good.
Cons : Upward mobility suffers because of a lack of transparency regarding how associates can advance within the firm. Nobody knows quite where they stand or what they need to do to improve their chances of a promotion.
