Corporate Legal Assistant The candidate will prepare correspondence, memoranda and other high-level legal documents on behalf of attorneys. Will prepare attorney materials for administrative hearings. Coordinate intake telephone calls, maintain communication with existing clients, greet clients, and handle routine client matters as requested. Manage appointments, meetings, and conferences for attorneys and clients, including conference room scheduling, coordinating meals for client meetings, preparation of meeting materials and assisting with attorney calendar management. Perform a variety of administrative functions, such as processing new client/matter reports, prepare engagement letters, create and file expense reports, prepare notebooks and exhibits and paper and electronic filing of client documents. Filing all electronic and hard copy information, organizing team workspaces, managing team supplies and assisting attorneys in workflow management. Must communicate effectively and have great proofreading abilities. A strong work ethic and solid interpersonal skills is needed. Should have 3+ years of pqe.
