Establish and maintain client files on an electronic database. Organize and prioritize large amounts of information. Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys. Other duties as needed. Proficiency with MS Office is essential. Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking a variety of projects is essential. Proficiency with computers, software and other technology is essential. Excellent customer service and comfort with phone calls is essential. Excellent organizational and calendaring skill is essential. Basic Washington State probate experience is required.
