Compliance Support Specialist Candidate will support routine compliance activities. Will be part of a shared services team supporting Information Security, Contracts, Sales, and Client Success. A basic understanding of information systems technology, information security and data protection is desired. Learning processes, procedures and standards used to meet quality, information security and privacy objectives. Auditing organizational compliance against adopted standards, resolving compliance issues and responding to customers and prospects requests for information. Ensure relevant suppliers are in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Assist with scheduling and facilitating internal audits. Such audits may occur annually or at other intervals and may include reviewing documentation and other records, as well as interviewing executives and employees. Resolve compliance issues in instances where the organization is not in compliance with applicable standards and regulations; work with relevant staff in creating a plan to implement any needed change. Assist with external requests for security, privacy and compliance-related information. Develop metrics and provide analysis to measure effectiveness of compliance programs. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications. Education, Experience and Requirements: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Risk Management, or equivalent work experience Experience performing audits for ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or similar framework Ability to work in the United States without restrictions.
