Review:

"High stress work in a narrow field leads to misery"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Stop pushing people so hard. The stress of having to work so much just burns people out in a year or two. If the billable hours requirement was more reasonable and there was actual a chance for advancements then you wouldn't have to hire new people every couple of years. Surely a more stable firm is a more successful firm.

Pros : The training program is excellent and the work for many top names is very interesting. You will gain good experience.
Cons : That experience will most likely be prosecutorial and for a particular client with no room for movement. The billable hours requirement is high. The turnover rate is also high.
