Duties:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each case.
- Manage all phases of personal injury claims, from initial consultation to resolution.
- Collaborate with a team of case managers, paralegals, and other attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
- Handle a caseload efficiently while maintaining a high level of client care.
- Leverage technology to streamline case management and improve client satisfaction.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in California, in good standing with the California Bar.
- Proven experience in personal injury law.
- Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California.
