Job Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a skilled attorney to join its Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation team in Los Angeles. Location:

Duties:
- Represent clients in complex IP litigation matters, focusing on patent disputes.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Manage discovery, depositions, and case preparation.
- Advise clients on litigation strategies and risk management.
- Participate in hearings and oral arguments in court.
- Provide support in PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) disputes.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on IP-related matters.
- Assist in business development efforts and client relationship management.
Requirements:
- Experience in IP or patent litigation.
- Strong academic background with top-tier law school credentials.
- Technical background, such as an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with PTAB matters is a plus.
- Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
Education:
