Paralegal-Risk Management
The candidate will support Risk Manager by preparing insurance applications, conducting contract review, promulgating and communicating Risk Management Policies, conducting risk analysis and perform other administrative duties with respect to areas of Risk Management oversight. Will coordinate information collection and dissemination between Risk Department and Company employees and business units. Complete Insurance Applications. Edit and Revise Contracts, including Indemnity and insurance provisions. Monitor compliance with Risk Management policies and procedures. Assist with Claims classification and exposure analysis. Assist with the development of Company Best Practices. Prepare a monthly newsletter focusing on construction safety, OSHA compliance and a safe workplace. Assist with the administration of Workers Compensation and Surety Programs. Tracking and Monitoring Insurance and Licensing Deadlines. Organizing Insurance and Claims Related Documents. Additional duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or relevant Associated Degree and Paralegal Certificate. Must have 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. Must have proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Outlook. Strong written and oral communication skills is preferred.
