  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Advise clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes related to securities disputes.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court and during hearings.
  • Negotiate settlements and work with opposing counsel to resolve cases.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
  • Stay current with securities law and regulations developments to provide informed legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to enhance case strategies and client service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation.
  • Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Barred in New York State or eligible to sit/waive into the next Bar exam.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases independently and effectively.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to sit/waive into the next exam.
