Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join our Finance & Restructuring group resident in our Wilmington office. Our Wilmington Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of restructuring matters, including assisting debtors and creditors navigate the in-court chapter 11 process, structuring out-of-court workouts and alternative transactions, and pursuing restructuring-related litigation. Ideal candidates will have three to five years of experience with in-court corporate restructuring, with experience in restructuring-related litigation a plus. Delaware bar admission is required.
