Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate will prepare, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners, including master services agreements, statements of work, RFP responses and supporting documents across Services Offerings, with minimal support. Provide rapid, practical, concise legal/commercial contract advice and solutions directly to internal business clients to ensure contracts are consistent with company policy and US and local law and regulations. Support internal business leaders in understanding legal considerations and solutions to effectively negotiate price, deliverables, services scope, warranty, and other commercial terms. Establish best practices for contract review processes and contract management. Other duties as assigned. Should have a JD degree from an accredited ABA law school. Licensed to practice law in a US state or DC. Should have 10+ years of law experience, with at least 3+ recent years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing legal advice to internal business clients and where needed, coordination with outside counsel. Experience preferred in professional services and consulting services setting involving Fortune 1000 clients, on matters including but not limited to liability caps, project deliverables and scope, AR recovery, data security and privacy, employment practices, and HR compliance.
