The ideal candidate will counsel clients in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, demonstrating outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing skills.Duties:Assist public and private businesses, executives, and investors in distressed situationsCounsel clients in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptciesConduct thorough legal research and analysisDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to restructuring and bankruptcy mattersParticipate in negotiations with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholdersDevelop and implement restructuring strategies and plansAdvise clients on legal and strategic issues related to financial distress and insolvencyMaintain and build strong client relationships, providing regular updates and strategic adviceCollaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case managementStay current with changes in bankruptcy laws and regulationsRequirements:2-4 years of experience in the practice of law, with a focus on restructuring and bankruptcyOutstanding academic credentialsStrong work ethicExcellent writing and communication skillsEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admitted to practice law in the state of FloridaSkills:Comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy and restructuring lawProficiency in legal research and writingSkilled in drafting legal documents and developing restructuring strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficientlyHigh level of professionalism and ethical standardsStrong client relationship management and development skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
