Conducting legal research on intellectual property and entertainment law matters (particularly advertising laws and regulations). Monitoring a court calendar and court docket. Reading and summarizing legal proceedings.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Intellectual property experience (whether it was in class or through past employment/internships). 2 or 3 L preferred. Strong writing and research skills. Able to work on a broad assortment of legal matters at a time. Interest in advertising, bankruptcy, entertainment, intellectual property or Internet laws. Positive attitude, easy to work with, comfortable in a relaxed environment.
