Review:

"Never Want To Leave"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Have management attend some seminars or offer extra training for them. The office may get a little too laid back at times, and dialing that back a bit may make the office more efficient.

Pros : Ernstrom & Dreste does offers a great benefits package, very competitive pay, swanky new offices. The office environment is pretty laid back.
Cons : Little room for advancement and some of the management styles are outdated. The firm has a hard time finding ways to move people sideways when a position is not right for them.
Current or former employee? : Current Employee
