Contract Management Doc Officer II The candidate prepares, reviews, negotiates, and executes agreements with a focus on Blocked Accounts product agreements, but also including master agreements and supporting documentation for account opening, treasury management, foreign exchange and trade services and Card products. Applies experience, industry standards and knowledge of account documentation and products, and Bank of America policies to address related credit, risk compliance, legal, operational and business issues. Facilitates communications among sales, implementation, product, operations, compliance, risk, credit officers, legal staff, and client managers to promptly resolve documentation issues. Capable of organizing and prioritizing a large number of competing, complex documentation assignments to meet customer needs. Advises and educates internal associates about documentation standards and options, policies and procedures. Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Pre-Law or Business is preferred. Paralegal or technical training on contracts is preferred. Broad knowledge of and comfort working with complex legal documentation (contracts) is preferred. Negotiation skills - conducts negotiations effectively, balancing competing objectives to achieve optimal results is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skill is preferred. Experience in Global Corporate Banking, preferably in a client contact role is desired. Strong financial acumen is desired. Strong project management and process skill is desired. Knowledge of various companies legal structures (sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.) is desired. Detailed knowledge of Global Product Solutions treasury products is desired. Knowledge of Deposit Account Control Agreement is desired. Working knowledge of Corporate Card industry is preferred. Must have excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable representing the bank in communications with associates, clients and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.
