Executive Assistant The candidate reporting to Managing Partner, provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain realistic balance among multiple priorities. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders. Arrange travel. Handle all administrative tasks required by Managing Partner. Take meeting minutes, including assigned takeaway actions. Produce reports, presentations and briefs as requested./ Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. Manage multiple responsibilities at once, and know when to reprioritize. Use professional communication skills when working with clients. Coordinate internal projects with multiple departments. May communicate directly, and on behalf of Managing Partner, with other senior leaders. Research, prioritize, and follows up on incoming issues or concerns and determine course of action, referral, or response.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have High School Diploma or equivalent, Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience. Must possess expert level written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years’ Executive Administrative experience preferred; preferably in the legal field is required. Should have intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Must possess good organizational skills.
