This role focuses on managing and resolving complex insurance coverage disputes within the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of insurance coverage litigation and will excel in a dynamic, client-centered environment, contributing to a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution cases.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentation with precision.
• Represent clients in various legal settings, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of cases.
• Collaborate closely with partners on intricate litigation matters.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, and other involved parties.
• Engage in strategy discussions and contribute to case planning and development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong ability to work independently and deliver results.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from a recognized law school.

Certifications

• Texas State Bar admission (active and in good standing).
