A law firm located in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law. The successful candidate will also have an excellent academic record from law school, along with superior legal writing and drafting skills.

Duties:

  • Handle a range of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve legal issues.
  • Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on real estate matters, including risk management and transaction structuring.
  • Prepare and review legal opinions, closing documents, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate law.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
  • Excellent academic record from law school.
  • Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Washington State Bar.
