Draft Witness Disclosures. Pleadings/Discovery Filing Maintained. ER 904 and Other Trial Documents. Schedule Depositions. Handling PIP and Property damage claims. Train and mentor Legal Assistants. Direct work load assigned to the Legal Assistant and help prioritize tasks.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree and 2+ years of experience performing plaintiff paralegal duties; Or a degree or certification from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited paralegal training institution and 3 years related experience; Or a combination of education and/or training and/or experience which provides an equivalent background required to perform the work; Desired Qualifications: Excellent writing, communication, document management, legal research and interpersonal skills; Significant litigation experience, particularly with discovery, including scheduling and coordinating multiple party depositions, meetings and hearings; The ability to organize and place structure around large amounts of documents, including the ability to utilize electronic case management systems (i.e., PracticeMaster); The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide timely work product. A passion for helping and advocating for clients. Long term career goals in field of practice.
