The candidate will be health care attorney. This position is for a Senior Counsel and requires a minimum of eight (8) years of legal experience in malpractice litigation and/or other healthcare delivery related topics such as consent, mental health, mandatory reports, EMTALA, and/or medical staff issues. Should have License to practice law in Iowa or be licensed to practice in another state and be eligible for registration for in-house counsel in Iowa. Law degree from an accredited nationally recognized law school. A minimum of eight (8) years’ legal experience in malpractice litigation and/or other healthcare delivery related topics.
