I would like to advise management that they should create staff positions for long-terms and growth opportunities should be provided on the basis of merit.
Pros : Pay is above market average and perks are also good. Other positive things are Friendly staff, good benefits and nice working environment. The firm has a great culture that promotes diversity and inclusiveness, which is rare to find these days.Cons : Poor management and lack of confidentiality within management. They expect you to work 12 hours a day and six days a week. So work-life balance is very poor and workload is very high.
