Trial Paralegal Candidate will assist in preparation of depositions, hearings and trials. Additional responsibilities will include: Investigates facts of cases, analyzes data and organizes information and findings. Identifies which laws and legal articles pertain to a case, including previous judicial decisions. Assists in preparation of legal arguments. Prepares and drafts pleadings, discovery requests/responses and obtains affidavits. Attends and prepares for hearings and depositions. Prepares and eFiles all court documents. Organizes documents and coordinates document productions. Assists in drafting contracts and agreements. Meets billable hour requirement of 1,650 hours.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Paralegal certificate preferred. 7+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment.Experience with and knowledge of eDiscovery software, such as Relativity. Must be proficient in Microsoft 2010 Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel and an eDiscovery software, such as Relativity. Requires regular and predictable attendance during the assigned work schedule.
