Administrative Assistant Duties: Provide administrative support and organization to the management staff in Retail Collections department. Will be responsible for assisting management with the following: Day-to Day collection reports. Prepare collection letters for attorney review. Pull calls for management and/or client review. Assist with the creation and distribution of daily work lists. Conduct file reviews for proper annotation, work steps and appropriate activation. Process requests in the recode box. update and or send reports to clients. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High school diploma and 2+ years of prior administrative support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of self-motivation and initiative. Must be a mature individual who is able to work both independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once Strong MS Office skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be a team-player, have a high level of attention to detail, strong oral and written communications skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task and that can work in a fast paced environment.
