Paralegal Or Documentation Specialist The candidate will work under the supervision of attorneys in the Legal Department to assist with documentation and tracking of simple and complex business transactions, litigation management, and various other projects and assist with administrative support functions as needed. This position requires professionalism, excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail and deadlines. Bachelor's degree required; 5 years' relevant experience will be considered in lieu of undergraduate degree. Contracts, corporate law and/or financing background strongly preferred. Previous paralegal experience preferred. Should have strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word (including Word's "track changes" feature) and databases (data entry and retrieval); prior experience with Salesforce a strong plus. Experience drafting contracts or other documents (lease and sale contracts preferred) is desired. Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code or Surface Transportation Board filings is preferred. Experience with transaction closings is desired.
