Intellectual Property Managing Associate The candidate must be a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property and/or patent litigation. Should have excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work independently, and possess strong advocacy ability. Strong academic credentials are required. A Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent is preferred. Admission to the CA State Bar is required.
