Real Estate Paralegal
The candidate will perform due diligence including review of title commitments, surveys and underlying title documents and entity documents, coordinate and implement transactions and closings. Organize and maintain due diligence using document management systems. Other responsibilities as client needs dictate. Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of commercial real estate and title & survey experience required. Excellent, organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills required. Strong verbal and written communications required. Ability and willingness to work overtime to meet client needs required.

Pros : Every day seems to go by here in a blur and it never feels like you are working at all.
