The firm handles a diverse range of cases, including car and truck accidents, premises liability, and dog bite incidents. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing a variety of personal injury claims, particularly with at least 10 years of experience in the field.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases, focusing on car/truck accidents, premises liability, and dog bites
• Review and analyze extensive medical records, discovery responses, and deposition transcripts
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs
• Screen and identify potential expert witnesses, preparing affidavits as necessary
• Led and managed cases through mediation, settlement negotiations, and jury trials
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to develop creative solutions and strategies
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while fostering a positive team dynamic
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling personal injury cases
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting complex medical records
• Strong litigation experience, including mediation and trial work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Ability to thrive in a drama-free, professional environment
• No egos; a team-first attitude is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and colleagues

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar (Required)
