The candidate will collaborate closely with both national and international clients, providing high-quality legal support.

Duties:

  • Handle corporate transactions related to acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Provide legal guidance on day-to-day operations of Private Equity portfolio companies.
  • Work closely with national and international clients on legal matters.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers within the firm across multiple offices and regions.
  • Manage various corporate aspects involving Private Equity deals.
  • Provide high-level client service with a focus on meeting legal and business goals.
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility, with opportunities for client interaction and project leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of private equity experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to providing top-tier client service.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership or eligibility to be admitted to the Bar.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the applicable state or willing to achieve admission.
