Legal Assistant/Investor Relations The candidate will be responsible for the company’s corporate law matters, such as maintaining all corporate record books and compliance of all entity formations. In addition, will be accountable for assisting with property closings, and coordinating directly with our investors and the firm’s principals and clients. General corporate housekeeping matters. Filing Certificates of Formations/Incorporations as needed. Maintain corporate records books for all entities. Handling public reporting and compliance of all entity formations. Assisting with preparing property closings. Proofread, research and handle pre and post-closing signature pages. Correspond directly with investors. Maintaining and uploading investor reports and documents to investor portal. Maintaining confidential investor records. Ensuring that investor records are up to date. Responsible for responding to investor requests in a timely fashion thru the general email and investor portal. Schedule meeting and conference calls with investors. Participate in relevant social media activities if requested. Perform various administrative duties and technical/equipment support.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have BA/BS degree. Must have 1-2 years’ experience in corporate matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills is required. Superior organizational skills is required. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Professional is required.
