Profile

Paralegal Training Coordinator The candidate will assist with the design and implementation of a training program for the ECVC paralegals and paralegal assistants. Job duties include hiring, training, mentoring, managing workflow, and ensuring the professional development of the ECVC paralegals and paralegal assistants. Should have 10+ years of recent corporate securities paralegal experience working with emerging growth companies. Strong knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law, federal and state securities laws, option plan administration, venture capital finance and private company M&A experience is required. Must demonstrate analytical ability and the ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Should have experience training department support staff such as paralegal assistants and/or paralegals. Experience with public offerings, public company reporting/compliance, and secured lending is a plus. Knowledge of eShares software is a plus.
