"Good Pay, Long Hours"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

I think the management team should consider shorter work hours for associates and support staff. It would probably raise morale inside the firm.

Pros : I feel that I'm paid fairly for the work that I do here. The firm also provides a benefit package in line with the rest of the industry.
Cons : Associates are expected to work long hours, and this includes many weekends. I'm sure this is true of all law firms, but that doesn't make it any more fun.
