Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities include to, the following: Coordinate projects, reports regarding matters, hearings, trials, and/or meetings - Provide support to attorneys, including but not limited to organizing, reviewing, summarizing, drafting documents and medical records and medical billing. Interact with client contacts for information, document, and witness information gathering, evaluation, and assessment as needed for investigation and discovery process. Organizing, scanning and saving documents. Calendaring and scheduling. Interact with government agencies, witnesses, & personal of other law firms. Submission of work for approval, e-filling.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Paralegal education. Must have 3-10 years of experience - Strong computer skills & proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Case Management. Paralegal education or certification is required. Legal field experience or training is required.
