Job Overview:
A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or a judicial clerkship. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Assist in trial preparation and conduct legal analysis for trial-related issues.
• Stay current on legal developments relevant to commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or judicial clerkship experience.
• Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred.
• Former judicial clerks are highly preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
