Immigration Attorney wanted:  The candidate must be an active Bar member with 2+ years of experience in immigration law. The ideal candidate is looking for a challenging and fast-paced work environment with a start-up company; demonstrates strong analytical abilities required to accurately articulate the critical issues of complex cases; possesses an ability to navigate legal research; exhibits computer literacy; works in a supportive, professional manner with other team members, support staff, and clients; and is self-sufficient enough to complete tasks without supervision. Will be involved in a wide variety of areas of immigration law, but mainly focused on managing the relationship between the company and outside counsel representing our membership in their deportation defense.  Fluent in Spanish/English required. 


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an immigration attorney.
  • Experience working with immigrant and non-immigrant clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Experience working with a team.
