New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 4-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. The candidate will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters. Will contribute to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex transactional matters such as commercial real estate financing and secondary market transactions, asset-based lending, and commercial leasing. Work on closing financings, acquisitions, sales, leases, and the development of real property. Support the practice by performing general research and writing. Real estate finance experience is required. Experience with disposition, leasing, mortgage, and mezzanine financing is a plus. Previous law firm experience is preferred. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of New York and be in good standing.
