Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will maintain and distribute corporate governance and related documentation. Will manage corporate calendar and legal process tracker. Manage and distribute standard form agreements. Negotiate form agreements based on pre-agreed procedures and under the supervision of attorneys. Respond to requests for information with standard legal responses. Assist attorneys and other Wilshire personnel with legal matters as needed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 3+ years of paralegal experience. Must have excellent organizational and project management skills. Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required. Investment advisory or financial services background preferred.
