Roseville Estate Planning law firm seeks a full-time attorney. The position will include the following duties: drafting revocable trusts, drafting trust amendments, review of trust documents with clients, and creation of custom trust language, as well as, all aspects of post-death administration. Experience in the post death administration of revocable living trusts as well as probates is extremely helpful. The person we are looking for must be an eager learner, self-starter, very organized, detail oriented, a critical thinker, the ability to multi-task and prioritize their tasks. They will be taking over an established case load and will be the primary attorney for the estate planning case load. Knowledge of Word, internet usage, legal research both on-line and by book are a must for this position. Experience with drafting systems such as WealthCounsel's drafting system is a plus.
