Duties:

• Conduct patent drafting and prosecution tasks related to semiconductor technologies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to understand patent requirements and specifications.
• Prepare technical documents, including patent applications, responses to office actions, and related correspondence.
• Perform patent research and analysis to support drafting efforts.
• Assist in patent portfolio management and strategy development.
• Stay updated on relevant patent laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of recent patent preparation experience, specifically in semiconductor technologies.
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• USPTO registration as a Patent Agent.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing proprietary software tools.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Former Examiner experience is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.

Certifications:

• USPTO registration as a Patent Agent.
