Ideally this firm would start to down size a little bit or if they don't want to downsize they would start to have more get-togethers to make sure that everyone is comfortable with each other on a more personal level. Other than that this firm is exceptional.Pros : I really liked the fact that there is so much room for advancement at this firm. Being a large firm the starting salary is exceptional as well and has amazing benefits with plenty of overtime available.
